Commercial Default Services, LLC (CDS) is a foreclosure trustee specializing in non-judicial commercial foreclosures. We provide specialized foreclosure services from a team of experienced professionals equipped to handle all elements of the pre-foreclosure and foreclosure process. CDS handles foreclosures in 6 core states, namely Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. Additionally, we are supported by licensed attorneys to practice in these core states.
